Azeti are well experienced with after sales service and customer care, and to this end we endeavour to deal with any issue within one week. Product training is available at no charge to aid retail staff in their sales of these items.
Our guarantee
Azeti check dozens of items in each production run for quality. The articles are then checked again before packing to minimise faults in this handmade production. However, Azeti guarantees that, if there is a manufacturing defect with any item, we will replace that item as long as the care instructions have been followed.
To the retailer
All our products are handmade, and slight differences betweeen the same items can be expected. Any marking on a product is part of the character of that item and how it has been finished, and is not deemed as a defect.
Product Care
Since all our products are handmade, it is important that customers read the care instructions on each item. These instructions are important for keeping the products in good condition. After use, items should be rinsed in warm, soapy water and a soft cloth used to remove food residue. Items should be dried immediately to avoid watermarks. Food, water or liquid should never be left on products after use. Liquid or powder bleach, adhesive pad or wire wool should never be used as these will tarnish, scratch or damage the products. Aluminium is neither dishwasher nor microwave safe. Aluminium does not readily tarnish but if a product is looking tired, it can easily be revitalised with the use of a good silver polish, used in the normal way.
